Awful customer service from TomTop. Ordered 2 sets of luggage and TomTop sent them to the wrong address and now will not refund my money. They admit the address was wrong and expect me to return the luggage (which I don't have!!) before they will refund me. I am taking this further and involving the Police but in the meantime I have NO luggage and a smaller bank account.
