I am SO upset, irritated, and disappointed with my experience with TomTop. I submitted an order for a PockRock which cost me $25.99. First I noticed the item hasn't arrived by the time they said it would be so I started emailing them and I always would get the same robotic response. After questioning them for a date of delivery and being told the same thing over and over again, they finally sent me an email saying my package had been delivered. So I go to the front office where packages are signed for by our property's office agents whom have a strict system on receiving and signing for packages. I went every day for 4 days after receiving that email from TomTop "claiming" that the item was in fact already delivered to my shipping address. So far to this day, there has been no record of anything signed for at our office and there has been nothing delivered to my mailbox. Nothing delivered to my address. So on top of them being LATE on the delivery, they ended up not even having delivered anything to me. I have been going back and forth with TomTop and they're refusing to do anything to resolve this issue!!! They're telling me to go to the Post office and get proof that the item wasn't delivered. Ordering me to waste MY time looking for something they actually never sent to me. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If I knew I was gonna get my money stolen and my time wasted, I would have NEVER ordered from them. Now I'm just trying to get them to take me seriously and WARN EVERYONE to not trust TomTop with your money because they stole mine. I would never again order from here, and I hope nobody has to deal with TomTops fraudulent activities and HORRIBLE customer service from Amy, Alissa, Faye and specially Steven.
