Online shoppers beware! I've purchased my good back in Nov 19 and as in today, I'm still wondering if it's got lost in its way. Tomptop's been from day one unprofessional, deceitful and they still don't know about what happened to my purchase. First of all it took at least 4 days for the payment to be processed...then 2 weeks for the product to be allegedly shipped..with a tracking link which never worked. I complained so many times that I lost count. The two last contact with them was: 1) "We don't know where's your parcel, check if it's not at your local post office..." 2) An updated tracking link with the parcel delivery date in my country occurring before it'd left China!?
