The company sent us two defective Smart Bands that did not bind with any iphone. On top of this once the wristbands were attached they no longer come off.. In order to CHARGE the smart band the wrist band needs to come off as the charger is on the watchface. I total fraud product. Best of all: TOM TOP refuses to accept the complaint and also refuses to refund the money. We are appalled and shocked as it appears to be the way the company operates: take customers money. Send a fraud product and then ignore the complaint and request for refund. KEEP away from this company if you dont want to be cheated. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
