Wish I could give 0 stars, honestly. They gave me a fake tracking number for starters. The gift I ordered was for my fiancée and they shipped it from China to LA. Arrived in LA the beginning of May. It’s been in Indiana for a few weeks now. I emailed several times and would get crappy answers. I finally talked to a customer support rep here in America and they were very helpful. They had no idea why my shipment was just sitting at some warehouse though when I live 7 hrs away from said warehouse. I’m hoping it’ll be here in the next couple days. I literally ordered it a month ago today. I will NEVER EVER order from this fake a** company again.
