I ordered two Samebike Electric Bikes. One was perfect, the second had bits falling out of the box and the forks were twisted. I was excited, so I got it working. Within a week the 7-speed selector had stopped clicking into position, after four weeks the motor ground to a halt. TomTop are absolutely useless. We have exchanged nearly 100 emails. "Get it repaired locally and we will credit you $24/30/40", but we cannot get parts and they will not supply them. "Return to Hong Kong", but we have to pay out more than £100. They promise to refund but we can't trust them. DO NOT BUY FROM TOMTOP!
