Stay far away from this China based scam company I had purchased from tomtop previously and everything arrived ok, except for one order I was missing. I informed their customer service and it was mailed to be fairly quickly considering it was coming from China. Fast forward 8 months later and I placed an order for k95 mask. Its been 2 months and still has not arrived. I have had multiple conversations with customer service since week 3 of not receiving the order and every time it was the same excuse. Their US delivery is slow due to Covid 19. I have order many things since Covid, as I am sure most have and it has never taken 8 weeks to receive a product from anywhere in the world. I have to count this one as I was scammed. Stay far away from this website and company. They do not send your products and lie when you ask about the status. Shame on you tomtop
