I purchased this electric bike spent £620 in may and four months later the motor stopped working despite sending over 20 emails to this fraudulent company not getting a proper response I’m within my warranty rights and they wouldn’t take no responsibility at all and telling me i need to replace the motor myself i have taken the bike to two different bike repair shops and both confirmed it’s manufacturing issue still won’t take responsibility these people are the worse people DO NOT BUY nothing from TOMTOP they need to be stopped immediately i will sue them this is outrageous
