I took 10 bags of adhesive and used 2 of them, i went to store to return the rest before 30 days as said on receipt only then i realized that the return policy of adhesive bags is 7 days and when i was buying it no one from the staff informed about it. When i spoke to staff and customer service to return it they said its in terms and conditions and also on terms and conditions in store aswell. When we buy stuff we should be informed on return policy if its different for different items. On the receipt it clearly says "We are happy to accept returns and exchanges with this receipt up untill (date of purchase)" Not at all happy with customer service, i would have given a zero review but unfortunately i have to give 1 star to write review.
