“great customer service at leighton buzzard store”

“I took 10 bags of adhesive and used 2 of them, i went to store to return the rest before 30 days as said on receipt only then i realized that the return policy of adhesive bags is 7 days and when i was buying it no one from the staff informed about it. When i spoke to staff and customer service to return it they said its in terms and conditions and also on terms and conditions in store aswell. When we buy stuff we should be informed on return policy if its different for different items. On the receipt it clearly says "We are happy to accept returns and exchanges with this receipt up untill (date of purchase)" Not at all happy with customer service, i would have given a zero review but unfortunately i have to give 1 star to write review.”

“I visited the Burgess Hill store not knowing anything about tiling and just had the measurements in inches. The young man soon converted it to square meters,then guided me in the right direction. Nothing was too much trouble and bother people behind the counter made me feel comfortable and welcome.”

“Visited the Huddesfield branch last week to try and match our kitchen tiles. The gentleman, think his name was James told us the size of tiles we wanted was nolonger made. We asked to see larger tiles which we could cut down. We could this as the tiles were are at the bottom of the wall next to Aga. He went to check if the tiles we wanted were in stock, he explained he was new to the job. He said they could order a pack but we need only buy one tile. I was very impressed how helpful he was even though we were only buying one large tile. Lots of sales staff don't seem to know the mearing of customer service James certainly does. We wish him every success in his new job.”

“Well what a lovely place this is to shop for tiles The process of deciding and choosing tiles is bad enough but made easier when you come across as assistant like Richard (Telford Store) He went out of his way to help and get the tiles I wanted for the day I needed them Thank you Richard I will definitely recommend Topps to anyone I know looking for tiles”

“The team at the Byfleet store were super friendly and knowledgeable . We thought we knew exactly what tiles we needed for our new bathroom but were persuaded by the team to take a few samples home, try them in different lights, at different times of the day etc before buying the whole amount and we're so glad they did! Because, YES, the tiles did look completely different and we changed our minds on the floor tiles as a result, which we're really grateful for. They guided us with the amount of adhesive we needed, the colour and amount of grout and of course the all important trims. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for tiles. We used the Tekno Bone for the floor, Tekno Grey Marengo for the wall and the Tekno triple Mosaic, but split each sheet of mosaic to just use a layer of 6 tiles at the top.”
