I can’t praise the staff enough at Penzance Chy-An-Mor Longrock Cornwall.We chose some lovely tiles for our bathroom and Perrin very kindly worked out how many we would need.After some time we went back into order them,he served us again and placed our order in a very professional manner he knew exactly how long they would take to arrive at the store,and true to his word they came on the day he said they would.After checking them there was a few that had some damage which we took back for replacement,at this point I was served by Alex the Manager who was very apologetic as the boxes they had arrived in was very poor.perhaps the distribution centre could improve on this as there must be a lot of waste this way.My thanks go to Alex and Perran you really know how to run your store,Well done.
