The roses were beautiful and well-presented. When the pink roses I purchased were not fresh that day, customer service contacted me and recommended other roses. Finally, I placed an order for a bouquet of three different kinds of roses. The overall experience was positive, with the exception that some roses only lasted four days and others lasted more than a week. Nonetheless, I encourage that you give it a shot.
