“The Toronto Blooms accepted an additional fee for same day delivery, however didn’t deliver.
They emailed me a confirmation of a previous order that I placed on year ago.
The customer service representative was bad mannered and unpleasant. Also, never sent me any confirmation of the cancellation of the actual order.
I would not use this company again and I don’t recommend it.”
“I placed an order with Toronto blooms for a flower to be delivered to my workplace. I gave them number so the courier could call me on reaching the office. I work in a big hospital and it’s impossible for me to be at the lobby when the driver comes. At about 4pm, I decided to call Toronto blooms to find out where my flowers were and they told me my flowers had been delivered. Apparently, their courier delivered my flowers to a random person. The front desk had no idea who this person was as they only left their first name. I have been fighting tooth and nail to get a refund since I didn’t receive my flowers and Toronto blooms has not been empathetic at all. I spoke to their supervisor as well. The only resort they gave me was to contact their courier- Canpar. First of all, I didn’t even do business with Canpar but I called them still and told them to file a claim. I have been going back and forth with Toronto blooms and it has been a very stressful experience. I would never order with them again and I advise you not to. They have a terrible customer service experience.”
“Worst service ever, I order and cake to be deliver next day, and it was derived at 9 pm next day. I received an email at 7 am that they shipped my order, take them 12 hours to deliver. when I called them they said the latest is before 8 pm, that was the last time”
“We received a bag of pink roses from family to celebrate our fortieth anniversary (of the day we met😊). We were initially pleasantly surprised and then, not so pleasantly surprised to see petals yellowing and wilted. 🥀 We pulled the dead petals off and insured water was in the moister block, yet within two days they fell apart. I called and, to no satisfaction, was told “flowers are perishable items“ and “ the policy is “we must get a call within twenty-four hours”, hence the review. I would not recommend
#Toronto Blooms or #Blooms in Toronto as they do not provide quality, fresh product😔”
“Had an awful experience with this company. Customer service is no help at all and couldn’t explain or fix the problem. I had to go through unnecessary hassle, and my order never got delivered. Absolutely disappointing and a total waste of time. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other flower delivery services out there.”
“It was my friends birthday and she got engaged the night before so I wanted to send same day flowers to her for when she arrived back home from her travels. They delivered same day but to the wrong address. When I said, the picture you sent was the wrong house, they said we delivered to the address you provided. Luckily, my friend saw in a Facebook group for her area that her delivery was waiting at the completing wrong building (building 15 instead of 10). When I confirmed with the company that I know for a fact they delivered to the wrong address they said sorry won’t happen again. Not even an offer to refund the delivery…I had to text my friend to ask if she knew where this picture was and she had to figure it out and go pick up her own surprise. It won’t happen again, is right. I won’t be ordering again.”
“Very bad service,
Wanted to send flowers to my wife fir her birthday, it shows in the website the delivery day as the same day, yet, she did not receive anything, when I enquired about it, all what I got is that it stipulate in the website that delivery has to be made before 11 am, this could have been automatically done by the website, not to give me false hope that it would be delivered the same day,
Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday gift
I will NEVER order from you again!”
“I have had flowers from Toronto Blooms sent to me from family and friends. Prior to my recent disaster bouquet, your flowers were arranged tastefully and were fresh. Last week I received a mixed bouquet, most likely the Casablanca.
What a mess! Rotting mum flowers with heads that were all dried up, and a few nice roses buried in this ugly combination of colours. Whoever put this together, there was no esthetic value to the bouquet. Even my husband who likes bright colours deemed it to be quite ugly. Within two days, almost all the blooms were dead and rotting. I pulled it apart and saved a few of the remaining alive flowers. Please note, adding filler with dead flowers to make the bouquet to look fuller, is not a good practice. The rotting blooms just kill the rest. The amount of greenery added was ridiculous and ugly. The greenery was far from fresh. Have no idea who you have assembling flowers but they are certainly lacking basic floral design skills. I am simply disgusted and feel badly for my friend who probably spent $100, when all was said and done. I gave two stars for the efficient delivery and the six remaining roses which have miraculously survived.”
“Fantastic service and the flowers and chocolates were excellent. Delivery driver was very nice and had a great customer service additude. Great experience”
“Guys don’t buy flowers here for anniversary. It looked like cheap funeral flowers and 50% was “metro” low quality cheap flowers. Just bad bad.
Customer service did reply but doesn’t not take away that arrangement of over $150 looked like $50, plus dead greenery inside… seriously bad experince. And third day all the roses died. It is a like a corporate send off gift for someone you don't want to see ever again in the office.”
“My husband ordered a box of pink roses for our anniversary. He requested that they be delivered in the AM. Based on tracking info provided that morning the roses were shipped around 7AM. They didn't actually show up to the house until 6-7 pm that day. They were delivered in a regular car, and it was a hot day so these poor roses have been cooking in the car all day. While on first look they looked beautiful, the roses very quickly deteriorated. With in just 2 days they looked terrible. When I looked for a way to add water, I noted a couple of roses snapped off and at the bottom rotting. If someone is going to charge premium price for the roses then they should deliver a premium product and service.
When I did contact the customer service, they told me that the complaints are accepted only within 24 h window. So in other words if your flowers are rotting 48 later after you have spent hundreds of dollars, they don't care. Do not buy from these guys. I bought roses from a grocery store just earlier in the week which are still in far better shape than these were 48 post delivery.”
“So many bad reviews but I had a really good experience with this company. Ordered on a Friday for a Monday delivery… flowers were delivered Monday evening and the recipient loved them!”
“The flowers got delivered to the wrong address due to the mistake with the system. When I called customer service, they were absolutely unwilling to rectify the problem and blamed it on me.”
“The company is unreliable; they do not deliver flowers on the same day, nor do they guarantee a delivery time the following day. This forces customers to wait indefinitely. The status updates are inconsistent, showing "pending" for 10 hours and then "on route" for another 6 to 7 hours. Additionally, the customer service is unhelpful and impolite. They refused to provide a specific delivery time, preventing me from cancelling the order so that I could leave my home after waiting a full day without receiving the flowers. Do not waste your money and time. I am still waiting for their delivery and am not sure about the quality of the flowers.”
“Should have seen these reviews before I ordered from them! Ordered multiple days in advance a cake, a greeting card and a small bear for a birthday. Their delivery guy is enroute for almost an hour 10 minutes apparently and now I hear from them that delivery might happen by 8 pm for residential addresses. So the cake will sit in the stupid freaking vehicle for that long? Toronto Blooms, you are A DISGUSTING COMPANY!”
“The bouquet I ordered for my sister in law's birthday got delivered the next day, instaed of the company stating that it will be delivered on her birth date. I had to followup multiple times with the company and the courier company (Canpar) to track and confirm the day of delivery. Poor customer service as they give you standard template replies that I chose ground delivery! This delivery was within GTA and couldn't be delivered on time, which was embarassing not to mention loss of time/money. This was my first and last order with TorontoBlooms.”
“I'm deeply disappointed with Toronto Blooms for their unacceptable service. Despite the availability of GPS technology, they failed to deliver flowers to the correct address, confusing north with south. These flowers were meant for a critically important moment, as the recipient has only one day left before they are euthanized. Your inability to handle such a simple task during such a sensitive time is both frustrating and disheartening. Due to this negligence, you have lost our business, and I will not be recommending your services to anyone.”
“👎👎👎I will never order for you again . I order Deluxe bouquet or roses and they send me the cheapest one . I pay $170 and they send me that one that cost $40 . Then i call and they say that they don't have any idea what i order . Shame of you ,shameeeeee . I send a picture how small is the bouquet and how roses looks. They don't send fresh flowers. 👎👎👎👎👎”
