I placed an order $400+ and did not receive most of what I specifically ordered. They replaced items with substitutions however, some items that were not even close or even reasonable substitutions. We are horribly disappointed that they managed to ruin the wedding flowers for our bride's special day. There is no communication regarding orders that they cannot fulfill correctly, they simply substitute with whatever they like and keep your money. Buyer beware I guess is what I am saying about this company as now I am not only out that money but having to struggle to find what we need :(
