I had a particularly frustrating experience with Toronto Blooms after having ordered a lavender plant with a honeycomb pot and a fresh pineapple for my sister who was ill. The order was a day late, and they sent an orchid instead. I emailed them thinking they had sent the wrong order. They responded saying that sometimes when stocks run out they send something "of equal or greater value... AS AGREED TO" by me apparently so that the order I arrives on time. I explained that the order arrived a day late and that the recipient doesn't even like orchids. They sent the same template response. When I asked to speak to someone else who can help me, they ignored my email. When I followed up, another person responded said no one else will give me a different response. A waste of money and rude customer service.
