My daughter ordered flowers for mother's day which is on Sunday and I received them today - Thursday. I have received "dead flowers".
She contacted the customer service "Loveleen CSR" and was asked to send a picture. The response "as per picture, the flowers seems fine. We are unable to go forward with your request, I apologize.! Flowers seems fine - so they are not good!
So as a mother I now have flowers dead flowers four days before mother's day.
For daughters and sons wanting to give your gift for mother's day - don't use this company - your mother will be very disappointed!
Attached is picture of what I received vs. what's published on your website. Pictures always hide the truth. My flowers are dead - I am not happy!!
