Do NOT purchase from Toronto Blooms. I repeat. Do NOT purchase from Toronto Blooms. First of all, they’re located in Surrey, BC. Second, I bought flowers and wine for a friend to be delivered to their significant other. Instead of entering my friend’s details, they provided mine. They provided my first and last name and home address. The delivery man was shouting my name at the delivery address, and since nobody knew who I was, someone took it upon themselves to claim the gift. I called Toronto Blooms, no answer. I left a voicemail, no response. I sent an email, and their response was the item was delivered. If you didn’t know your name would be provided, now you do. What a slap in the face! I replied to that email, no response. Needless to say. I filed a claim with my bank.
