*AVOID* *AVOID* *AVOID* I recently had an unfortunate experience with them.. Despite paying extra for a prompt flower delivery, my order was never delivered. What made the situation even more distressing was the poor customer service I encountered when trying to resolve the issue. They offered no proof of delivery and the CCTB shows no delivery was attempted in the said day. The customer service representative was unhelpful and dismissive, which added to my disappointment. In hindsight, I wished I had read the company's reviews before placing my order. This experience is litteraly daylight robbery.
