I ordered a chocolate raspberry cake from Toronto Blooms (I was looking for this flavor specifically as this is the birthday person's favourite). But I was disappointed that it was substituted with chocolate vanilla cake without advanced notice. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, there was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. This lack of customer service and transparency in communication is concerning. Future customers, be cautious of potential substitution at Toronto Blooms.
