Delivery date is not accurate, delivered the day before my friends birthday at night time. Ordered a pink orchid with a balloon and only the orchid showed up with a substitution of chocolate - no balloon. The orchid was also not pink it was yellow and looks wilted from the picture my friend sent me. Customer service is a joke they sent me an email with a full "substitution policy" lol. Probably won't order ever again, and you shouldn't either! There are better flower delivery services!!
