Is this company for real? I paid extra for a card that said I love you and I just got a printed piece of paper with the order on the other half of the piece of paper stuck to the outside of the bag. The balloon wasn't on a stick it was jammed in the bag, this delivery which I paid almost $200 for was just left outside the door without confirmation of receipt. I have no idea what the final package looked like because I never received any photo of what I purchased. This company sucks. Is this seriously how things are done up in Toronto? I will never recommend them to any of my friends, nor will I order from them again.
