The Toronto Blooms accepted an additional fee for same day delivery, however didn’t deliver.
They emailed me a confirmation of a previous order that I placed on year ago.
The customer service representative was bad mannered and unpleasant. Also, never sent me any confirmation of the cancellation of the actual order.
I would not use this company again and I don’t recommend it.
