I am extremely disappointed with the fruit delivery service. The order arrived late, and the quality of the fruits was subpar – many items were already bruised or spoiled. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that they could not do anything about the issue because I did not complain within 24 hours of delivery.
This is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering I live in an international country, and the delivery took longer than expected. How am I supposed to report an issue within 24 hours when the product arrived late, and I wasn’t able to inspect it immediately?
It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers. I will never use this service again and highly recommend others to be cautious when ordering from them.
