I bought a pair of Totes boots in December, and to my surprise, after only two uses, the zipper broke the third time I tried to wear them. The quality is extremely poor—cheap, disposable materials. A completely disappointing purchase and a total waste of money. I won’t be trusting this brand again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
