“I bought a pair of Totes boots in December, and to my surprise, after only two uses, the zipper broke the third time I tried to wear them. The quality is extremely poor—cheap, disposable materials. A completely disappointing purchase and a total waste of money. I won’t be trusting this brand again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”
“I bought winter boot two month ago after wearing it I had a very bad pain at the bottom of my feet. When I removed the insole I found all the hard part under the insole is completely damaged. When contacted the customer service they said they are not the distributor in canada and they cant do any thing. Unexpected from such a company and it was expensive boot.”
