I've booked my last three tour trips here for several reasons. Most important was their high level of customer engagement including detailed tour information on site, a reasonable fast operating site, and a great selection of operators and types of trips (fortunately, a good filtering system, too!). Pre-booking questions are answered promptly and if they don't have an answer they contact the operator. Once booked, comms are shared between Tourradar and the operator, resulting in a very smooth experience. Finally, their prices often have a reasonable discount and you get a small % of your payments back as a future trip credit.
