It's my first time booking with tourradar. I honestly had some concerns about the travel because its my first time traveling outside the european union. The workers guarenteed me it'll be just fine AND guided me well on how to book the trip , adviced me to take ensurence , etc ... I'm still very exited to do this trip ( to Australia ) , i'm thankfull the company had many patience with me and my questions and concerns . I'm also 100% Certain the trip will be one to remember . I want to close this review by saying : Thank you tourradar for the patience you guys had for me and my many many eagerly asked questions , See you guys soon ! Gürkan from Belgium.

Our three-day tour of the Lake District, departing from Edinburgh, was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Graeme Milne, was one of the most professional and friendly guides I’ve encountered throughout my many travels worldwide. His extensive knowledge of the cultural and historical background of the region added an extra dimension to our journey through the stunning landscapes of this unique district in England. At the beginning of the tour, Graeme had us introduce ourselves and share what had motivated us to join the tour. This allowed him to perfectly tailor the itinerary to the participants' tastes and interests. The accommodation, included in the tour price, at a traditional English Bed and Breakfast was excellent value as well. I highly recommend this tour to anyone with limited time who wants to efficiently and meaningfully explore the beautiful lands of northern England.

To book isn’t difficult. Months ahead of my trip I wanted to switch trips. Weeks of headache to complete that and allotted less than. 24-48 to respond or things get cancelled is annoying. Confirming clarity of a message is necessary multiple times. I tried to book a hotel arriving early and they cancelled the booking since they needed a second confirmation when they had it in writing to confirm and that was cancelled saying I had to do it in my own when it clearly stated they can coordinate the booking. It’s a headache for the process side to the customer. This is my second trip and I’m questioning if I want to use them next year too.

Okay. A bit convoluted. Wanted to speak directly with someone and while that was offered it didn't happen. Was better once I was dealing directly with the service provider in India. Though I am a bit worried that it isn't going to work. Fingers crossed.

The only downside is when you send a message it is unclear who will reply TourRadar or the actual travel company. The travel companies appear to have access to the message while TourRadar sends out a generic message saying we will get back to you .

Very good! Our driver for the 3 days was great, good sense of humour spoke languages fluently and always had a smile. We had a 5 year old with us and the guides took good care of her throughout making sure she was engaged and entertained throughout. It was a very hot time of year and we needed that support as some activities can be quite challenging for a little one. But the guides were all very good. Just some advice for those thinking of bringing kids it is early mornings and late evenings with a lot of driving in between activities so make sure your kids are prepared.

Booking was fairly easy. The tour was outsourced to a company called europamundo which did cause a little confusion. There were also a lot of documents to upload.

Disaster. Poor customer service and poor experience. There were some customer service representatives that were good but overall the experience was awful. Will never book with them again.

They were so good to me! I was diagnosed with cancer and had to cancel our trip last minute. It was beyond the cancellation policies and they reimbursed me. This was so appreciated and demonstrates care for their customers.
