We booked a safari in Feb 2020 for June 2020, which was postponed to Sept. 2021. However, the operator cancelled it and we weren't informed until I asked 12 days before we were supposed to leave. It was very stressful because it was a very important and emotional trip for us. However, Tourradar's customer service was able to find a good alternative before the departure date, and they negotiated a good price for us. Their team really made a VERY stressful situation (which was the operator's fault, not tourradar) a lot easier to deal with. All in all, it took three days from me finding out the tour was cancelled until I had booked the new tour. Special thanks to Hannah and Claire for some amazing service and for their patience! I can't wait to get to my dream trip.
