My assessment is that the TR customer service is excellent, with quick responses to all requests and very friendly service. You should be congratulated. The ongoing continuity and availability of the message stream for each client is also an excellent feature. The availability of many packages on one site, in one general easy to follow and compare format is also a large draw for the site - a great travel business model.
I assume that the tour package writing is done by the tour operators and supplied to TR and this is the only weak point that I have found on the site. The detailed information is a bit lacking for some tours to make a assessment whether or not one would wish to book. You could pass that on to the tour operators - do a poor or incomplete sales pitch through their writing and they are probably loosing business.
