To book isn’t difficult. Months ahead of my trip I wanted to switch trips. Weeks of headache to complete that and allotted less than. 24-48 to respond or things get cancelled is annoying. Confirming clarity of a message is necessary multiple times. I tried to book a hotel arriving early and they cancelled the booking since they needed a second confirmation when they had it in writing to confirm and that was cancelled saying I had to do it in my own when it clearly stated they can coordinate the booking. It’s a headache for the process side to the customer. This is my second trip and I’m questioning if I want to use them next year too.
