well--I liked the site and how easy it is to book but I thought the payment would be a deposit and the I would be billed the full amount at a later date--at least that is what it said on the main page. However, when I went to book it the only option was to pay in full. I tried to ask questions but they were not answered by TourRadar. One Seed---the tour company tried to help but they couldn't. Still a bit upset that I was charged in full after being led to believe it would be a deposit initially.
