We are very excited to be part of the TourRadar "Wonders of the Maritimes and Scenic Cape Breton on September 20 - 28. It has been a lifelong wish of ours to tour the Maritimes and we are happy to achieve this item on our "bucket list". The number of days of the tour is good for us as we have some health issues and the timing in late fall is also what we had anticipated as the best time to go. We were happy to find a tour that included New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI. We anticipate the tour itself will be great and are so looking forward to being part of it. We do have concerns with the booking however. We decided on this tour and submitted our information to confirm it and it took at least three days to confirm. We began to think that we had made errors in filling out the form and/or something was wrong with our credit or information that was holding up this process. Just before confirmation we were informed that the price had changed quite drastically because of a discount being displayed incorrectly and a failure to add Canadian HST. This was a shock and we seriously considered withdrawing because of the additional price, but decided to go ahead because of the time we had already invested in finding this tour and because it was one that suited our needs. We also were disappointed when we were researching that the accommodations were not included as part of the information and that we only found out which accommodations were part of the tour after it was booked. We noticed that other tours provided some information as part of their website. We look forward to this tour and learning about the Maritimes.
