you only ask what worked not what needs to be improved if you do not make improvement I will have the same problem on my next booking I had to change my booking 3 times do to the fact that there nothing stating you had to book a solo room on top of that there wasn't even an option on the booking page a single room but you had to book a single room so how do you book a single room without an option to book a single room ?
