I reserved tickets for a tour, purchased said tickets, THEN received a notification not to purchase my flights as my seats (that I just paid for) were not guaranteed - and I would be notified within 48 HOURS! Further, the purchase transaction put a hold on my credit card. Ultimately my purchase was confirmed, so it all worked out, but this is a poor way to transact. A confirmed reservation should be enough to ensure that a purchase will be finalized. 48 hours is way too long for travel plans to be in limbo. Otherwise, the site was helpful and easy to use.
