I'm the travel agent who booked on behalf of my client.
The quoted price held for 48 hrs was $ 8202 for two people ref A495026
I paid the deposit at the clients request using his credit card of $ 570
The invoice came through the next day with a total cost for the tour of $ 8370
I called back the next day to request a refund of the deposit paid due to the discrepancy in cost as the client was not happy, this is also against ACCC guidelines.
I've spoken to Steffanie who is on the case at the moment as I have requested that the deposit and control of the Trafalgar tour be transferred directly over to Trafalgar.
The client has requested that he no longer wants to associate with TourRadar.
