I made reservations with Cassondra in Toronto on September 26th. She was good, cheerful and efficient.
I got the itinerary the next day but it did not have the names and locations of the hotels. I would like to have a list to send to our relatives. I requested that upon making reservations and I am still waiting for it.
Also, I e-mailed TourRadar on September 25, 2018 asking to help me reset my password and the link sent to me would not work. I would like to log on to refer travelers to you. The itineraries are corrupted also. I use Microsoft Outlet for e-mail because I do not want to go to AOL (e-mail provider) to put important accounts, etc.
This is my 3rd tour with TourRadar and my husband's first. He is a seasoned traveler and I hope you do not disappoint him.
Please send me the name and addresses of hotels that we will stay in in Delhi and Kathmandu. My husband and I want to see the reviews on them, too.
