Happy: Easy to use & provide a platform that facilitates entering in contact with various tour operators - e.g., the "Kayak" of tour search.
Not happy about: (1) I started receiving *way* too many emails about unwanted offers/deals etc; acts similar to a spambot; (2) some of my emails have remained unanswered for 36+h-not acceptable, especially when the question pertains to payment strategy.
