Well, the tour we are on is great, and we did book at fairly short notice BUT we had to take matters into our own hands and contact the operator direct to check we could get on it in order to book flights. A phone call from Australia to Tourradar was picked up in Toronto (!) the time zone difference made his ‘as it’s Sunday, we’ll just have to wait for the operator to come back’ very frustrating to us - half way through Monday.
And the emailed communication was imprecise and unhelpful.
