Finding the tour we wanted was relatively easy, partly because a Google search brought it to light quite easily.
Anouar from Marrakech Tours was quick to answer our questions and very helpful with our booking.
I had some problems entering our passenger details - passports, insurance etc - but a helpful phone call from the TourRadar team identified that it was because I had more than one dialog window open on my browser.
Overall a positive experience, and I am sure that our tour will be superb!
