The website is easy to use. The river cruise travel agent Jesse was very helpful, pleasant, patient, affable and very informative! I appreciated his tips on my trip, his knowledge and his general demeanor! My emails and messages were answered promptly. Jesse is certainly an asset to your team! I was happy with my “Price Match” experience and how quickly I got a new quote after I submitted the quote from the other tour company! The only issue with your company is before I began to talk with Jesse on a regular basis; as I was talking to whoever answered the phone the background noise was unbelievable! I could hear laughing, personal conversations; which is very distracting! I do not see how the agents speaking to customers can concentrate because it bothered me and sometimes I had to ask for the information again because I couldn’t understand them over the background chatter.
