This morning I had the extreme pleasure of working with Madara. I called because, once again, I had made an error in one of my bookings. She was amazing to work with and had a solution, that in the end will work much better for me. Madara was very patient, explaining what she would be doing going forward, what I could expect in the way of emails and what I needed to do when I got them. I then switched gears on her and asked about another of my bookings and Madara never missed a beat. She explained the pricing on my tour and also how she was able to adjust a few items to save me a few more dollars. Always a plus when booking several months of travel. To be fair, everyone I've talked to at TourRadar has been wonderful. This is my first experience with your company and know that it will not be my last.
