Overall the booking was easy, except for the confusion about the First, Middle & Last name, as usually Chinese do not have middle name. The other confusion was about the booking of the arrival & departure transfer, I did not understand that the booking goes by per car booking instead of per person. Luckily the Tourradar staff emailed me to inform, thanks for the good service. I have chatted with a Tourradar staff, Jarrad prior my booking, he was friendly and responsive towards my queries. The tour filters are well thought of, it helped me to narrow my search effectively.
