I've now booked several tours with TourRadar and I've only had good experiences. Communication is always quite fast and clear, happening any time as soon as any new information comes to hand, and they fully understand and anticipate customer needs. It seems much easier using them as an intermediary, rather than dealing direct with the particular tour companies who mostly only work within their specific timezone/working hours, and sometimes seem to go off grid without explaining why there may be a delay.
