The online experience was fine, but I needed some additional information, and called the number given on the website. The person was polite and friendly, but clearly not knowledgeable about what I was asking. My questions were not addressed, which creates uncertainty and makes planning for my trip a bit stressful.
The next question about recommending the service to a friend is hard to answer. My plans are incomplete and the trip has not yet happened. If the question is just about finding options and booking online, I would give it a 10.
