I found working through Tourradar to be very frustrating, like playing tag. There seemed to be no communication between Tourradar and Luxury Gold, I was never informed of things like a tote bag and rucksack on offer to choose between, nearly did not get my airport travel vouchers, had to battle to get my itinerary before leaving on the trip. A long time delay before answering, the "local" number always engaged. It came to a point where I was frantically googling if it is a scam! Staff was helpful and friendly, but clearly had no knowledge of the product nor of the challenges clients from Africa face in booking trips. I will use the site to compare tours, but probably book directly in future. UPDATE: I was subsequently called by a customer service representative, who agreed unconditionally that I had reason to be dissatisfied. It felt good to be taken seriously and they offered me credit on a future booking, should I choose to use them again. Certainly changed a negative to a positive and I am willing to try again!
