We were initially disappointed that we paid the same price as our fellow tour mates when our price did not include return air passage from London to Spain while theirs were included. After the trip we made this known to Tour Radar. They took our feedback seriously and acted on it swiftly by refunding us the airfares which should be included in the first place. This shows that Tour Radar is an ethical and serious company. They are definitely not a fly-by-night third party agent. They could have ignored our feedback since all fees were collected and the trip was over. Yet, they called me long distance to investigate the miscommunication and acted prompty to make things right. I have every confidence in them now and would not hesitate to use them again should the opportunity arise. They are highly recommended as it was a tremendously well organised trip which my friend and I enjoyed except for the slight miscommunication in the tour package pricing which Tour Radar made right eventually.
