I want Tour Radar management to know of my first experience with Tour Radar and it’s not even the actual tour package. It’s only enquiries. And boy do I have many questions! And this excellent customer service chap, “Issam” answered all my questions - patiently and promptly. A couple of times he missed out some information (probably due to he being so quick to respond to customer enquiries that he handles lots of them), but whenever I reminded him, he always responded excellently. Totally satisfied with his efficient service and the answers he provided. I will book my tour with Tour Radar - Issam sure played a big part! Thank you very much Issam. 😜👍👌
