I felt like there was plenty of helpful, well presented information about the various tours, and the details of each particular tour, on the website. I contacted the tour provider I was thinking of booking with prior to booking, and they responded to my questions within only a few hours! I felt confident about making a choice, and booking a trip based on having all the info in a transparent way. Booked trip, and it was confirmed in a few hours, and have been getting emails with info and next steps since. Would definitely use TourRadar again to search for group tours.
