It was very confusing while booking as I was told I had to pay on full straight away but after the confirmation came through they said it was due in 4 months. The message system was very slow and I wasn't able to get a straight answer until I called and asked. But the lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and able to help very quickly this made up for the lack of customer service to begin with.
