I had multiple phone conversations with TourRadar. The info I received was very beneficial and my family and I went ahead and booked a tour. One thing I wish we would have known prior to booking is that if you are going on a family trip with multiple members, you should really only do 1 booking. Since we had 4 separate families involved, we decided to make 2 bookings. Little did we know, that 1 booking could be confirmed and the other not. Our first booking was confirmed within 24 hours. It took over 48 hours for the second booking to be confirmed. We were definitely worried that the 2nd booking might not be confirmed. Since this was a family trip, we all needed to confirmed. Our deposit of $200.00 per person is not refundable. We just wish we would have been told this up front. Otherwise - all is great!
